These songs were born during a year of daily improvisation practice, mostly with the frame drum.
They speak about simplicity, truth, heart, intimacy "into me I see", inner travel...hence the subtitle " inner wisdom songs".
The main title " The bright sea" was born after a trip to Ireland, where Muriel participated in a summer school with famous choir Anúna. The music is inspired by the sea ( our cradle), with an Irish touch to the melody.
The last title was born after a dance retreat with dancer Illan Riviere & Alhazar who created their online dance school Dancer's Ways.
Songs are in English , French and Spanish.
They were not composed in a traditional sense but rather emerged as they are, lyrics and melody at the same time ( for those with lyrics).
As the process of recording seemed evident, she asked her sister and some of her friends to collaborate to the album.
